Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are a global software company building intelligent tools for supply chain optimization. Our platform helps manufacturers, logistics teams, and procurement managers make faster, smarter decisions through predictive analytics and collaborative planning tools. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help scale our web platform and lead critical engineering initiatives.

We’re a remote team of engineers, product thinkers, and data specialists working across Europe and North America.

What you’ll do

• Develop product features end-to-end, from frontend interface to backend services
• Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to build intuitive user experiences
• Refactor and evolve a mature Python monolith into modular, scalable services
• Contribute to system-level decisions, from API contracts to performance strategies
• Monitor the impact of your code in production using in-house tooling and dashboards
• Participate in releases and code reviews with a focus on maintainability and delivery speed

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred) and Python
• Ability to design scalable web apps and understand trade-offs in architecture and performance
• Experience working in high-growth or product-focused teams with a shipping mindset
• Familiarity with structured data, user analytics, and iterative product development
• Great communication skills and a comfort level working asynchronously across time zones
