Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of modern, customer-facing applications across our product ecosystem. In this role, you’ll build scalable, full stack systems using React and Kotlin in a cloud-native environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality user experiences.

What you will do

• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable full stack applications with a focus on clean code and maintainability

• Develop modern, server-side rendered frontends using Preact or React and state-of-the-art tooling

• Design and implement backend services in Kotlin, ideally using AWS Lambda and the serverless stack

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment processes

• Help define and maintain technical best practices and architectural direction

• Support team-wide learning through code reviews and knowledge sharing

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in frontend/backend development within agile teams

• Strong experience with Preact or React, including server-side rendering

• Solid backend development skills in a modern language – ideally Kotlin with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB

• Familiarity with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and scalable infrastructure

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• Passion for building intuitive, user-centric products

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

• Residence in Germany (required due to legal and tax regulations)
